Application Procedures:
Please fill in the form and return together with a
HK$200 crossed cheque payable to “Hong
Kong Metropark Hotel Mongkok Hong Kong”
to the following address:
PR Department,
Metropark Hotel Mongkok,
22 Lai Chi Kok Road, Mongkok, Kln., HK or apply
directly at our Front Office or any of our
restaurants.
Metropark Hotel Mongkok
will send the Hotel
Membership
Card together with a HK$200 Dining Coupon. Please
allow
about 10 working days
for delivery.
Terms
and Condition :

Only Cardholder can enjoy Food and Beverage
privileges.

The Membership Card cannot be used in
conjunction with any other privileges.
-
Subject to 10% service charge of original price
on Food & Beverage privileges.
-
The Membership Card is not a credit card.
Cardholder is liable for all charges incurred
with the Membership Card.
-
HK$200 is required for applying the Membership
Card (application fee is indemnified for In-room
Guest).
-
Validity does not preset for this membership
card. However, the
Hotel reserves the right to terminate any
membership of cardholder without prior notice
for who does not use the card over one year.

Privileges of room
for members are only valid for direct bookings
between Members & Hotel.
-
Points will only be counted for expenses
incurred from room
rental
and restaurants.
-
With
our pointing system, you will be awarded one
point for every HK$40 spent in restaurants and
every HK$25 for room rental.
-
Every 50 points accumulated within cut-off
period, a cash coupon of HK$50 will be rewarded,
and so on.

Accumulated points are valid for one year and will be
expired after December 31 of every year.

Advance reservation is recommended for dining as
well as accommodation.

The
Hotel reserves the right to revoke or change the
terms and conditions of this card at any time
without prior notice.

Members can browse the Hotel's website for
latest privileges of Food & Beverage and special
room rates for members.

Members will periodically receive the hotel’s
promotional materials. If you do not want to
receive them, please let us know so that we can
delete your name from our mailing list.

Membership Card will be delivered to applicants
after
10 working days. Please note that special rates
for room bookings and Food & Beverage will not
be eligible before receiving the card. However,
relevant points will be accumulated for
patronage.
